The health of the aquatic ecosystems is declining fast. This is because of oceans warming, the food chain eating away at everything in it, pollution and more acidic. My personal connection to the aquatic ecosystems are that I eat fish, but in return, I don't dump waste or try to let anyone else dump into rivers, streams or oceans because then these abiotic factors don't harm the biosphere and the biotic factors inside it. Humans play many roles in the biosphere, most bad. Some are secondary succession, causing immigration and emigration of animals from there habitats, limiting factors and predator-prey relationships. I feel that the overall amount of our species does not understand their impact and or don't care about the biosphere. I know this because if people knew what they were doing to the biosphere by creating ecological succession and creating limiting factors such as density-dependent factors and density-independent factors, they would surely stop.
